Authority: Darlington County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 2, Article IV, Division 4
Membership: Consists of eight members appointed by each county councilmember to represent each of the eight council districts.
Term of Office: 4 Year Terms
Responsibilities: Hear appeals of decisions and interpretations of the building official and consider variances of the technical code.
